4. Account Safety and Management

  • Story Visibility: Options include open, closed, or password-protected visibility settings.
  • Sensitive Information Caution:  Refrain from storing extremely sensitive information.

  • Profile Accessibility: Profile story posts and data can be accessed by Missju for support or legal reasons.

6. Liability and Limitations

Missju employs strong security measures to protect user data. However, in the unlikely event of a breach, users will be notified promptly.

• • While we employ robust protective measures, we are not liable for any damages or loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to user negligence.
  • We’re not responsible for any content users post on their profiles or its implications.

7. We strictly prohibit the sharing, distribution, or display of any content that is:

• • Obscene or Explicit:Any image, video, or text that is sexually suggestive, explicit, or inappropriate.
  • Offensive or Hateful:Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against individuals based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
  • Harassing or Threatening:Anything intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate an individual or group.
  • False or Misleading:Spreading false information or impersonating others.

  • Notification of Changes: Should there be any anticipated long-term service disruption or cessation of business, we will strive, to the best of our ability, to provide advance notice to all users and offer guidance on how to retrieve personal data.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to cease the platform’s operations at any time, for any reason. While not anticipated, such a scenario could arise due to financial, technical, regulatory, or personal reasons pertaining to the platform’s management.

  • Limitation of Platform Liability: Should your profile link end up in unintended hands—be it an unintended family member, friend, or any other third party—our platform cannot and will not be held accountable. This includes situations where a person with whom you’ve shared your password protected link decides to further share this access with others.
  • Security Recommendations: While we offer the feature of password protection, we strongly advise you to be judicious about who you share the link and password with. Remember, even with password protection, once shared, you are relying on the discretion of the recipient to maintain the privacy of your profile content.
